projects that you are not interested in or are out of your price range.
3. My many years of experience means that I can interpret your home's age, architecture and style. I will also consider the
market and resale value of your neighborhood along with the latest design trends to provide you, my client, with the most
value for your money.
4. I listen to the needs and concerns of my clients to ensure the finished project is done the way you want your home to appear.
5. If I don't believe that I can help with your project, I will gladly refer another competent contractor.
6. Detailed, written contracts are provided for all project bids. Clients always know what I am doing and why I am doing it.
Projects are started and completed in a timely manner.
7. I handle all phases of the jobs as specified from obtaining permits, delivery of material, clean up and hauling of debris.
8. I will do everything possible to meet your deadlines.
9. All my installation crews are highly skilled technicians with many years of experience and training to guarantee the quality
of the workmanship. I do not employ any "kids" or college students looking for summer work.
10. Put away the aspirin. No maintenance headaches! If there ever is a problem I come back and fix it free because every
job is guaranteed.
11. Everything is included in the price on the contract that you sign. All materials, sales tax, labor and supplies are included
so there are no hidden surprises.
